Jeff at Malang is very responsive, professional, super knowledge about his products and quick to schedule. We’ve used them for 2 months now and see dramatic reduction in ants, silverfish, mosquitos, spiders and other creepy crawly things that were prevalent around our house after the hot summer. We used Terminex prior who lacked in results and billed us for every visit. Malang is on a regular 2 month spray schedule and after 3 weeks I asked them to revisit to spray for spiders one more time around our kids play area in the backyard – they came out the next day, no questions and no addition billing. They offer various level of products which are very kid and pet safe. Their team is very trustworthy – I’m very comfortable with them in the house while no one is home. Highly recommend.
